About time!  Here's some pictures from our new house.  This is me talking to our new neighbor, Black Phoebe.  Loathe though I may be to seem immodest, I have a suspicion that he might be kind of sweet on me, seeing as this snapshot was taken when he called on Valentine's Day.  I don't know, though; he's a little too wild for my taste.
